For those who are ordering flowers and flower bears, please note that since our items are made to order, our processing time is 1- 3 days. It may take longer during special holidays. Once your order is made, you may receive an email. Failure to respond to that email may delay shipping time. We are not responsible for any shipping delays caused by UPS or USPS. 



Please email us at if you have any questions before placing your order. Once your order is placed, it is final sale. All risk of loss or damage to the product(s) in your order passes to you when we dispatch your order from our premises. We (The Flower Box SF LLC) are not liable for any errors made by the buyer or shipping companies. This service does not provide insurance and is chosen at your own risk upon confirmation of purchase. If the receiver of the package is unable to sign and/or accept the order, the buyer is responsible for that package, since it becomes the buyer's property once we (The Flower Box SF LLC) dispatch it from our office. If the package gets sent back to us (The Flower Box SF LLC) by UPS/USPS, the buyer has 7 days to provide us with a new shipping address for their package along with additional shipping fees and a $15 service fee. If the buyer does not contact us within 7 days of the package being returned to us (The Flower Box SF LLC), then the buyer forfeits their package and will not get any type of refund. The buyer is also aware that our flower boxes are not meant to be shipped back and forth, and if that does happen, there is a strong chance that the roses will get ruined during the shipping process. Therefore, it is important that the receiver is able to receive and sign for the delivery. 



We will prosecute any fraudulent buyers or customers deliberately creating chargebacks for authorized purchases. Lawsuit documents from small claims court will be mailed to the billing address where the customer will be subpoenaed to our states local court.
