HOW DO I CARE FOR MY LONG LASTING ROSES?

We at The Flower Box San Francisco provide only superior quality products. Our roses are Premium Ecuadorian roses. They are zero maintenance roses.  

 

TO KEEP YOUR PRESERVED ROSES LASTING A YEAR OR EVEN LONGER, SIMPLY FOLLOW THESE INSTRUCTIONS:

1. Do not water them.

2. Keep them out of direct sunlight.

3. Keep roses in room temperature.

4. Treat them with care because they are real roses and are delicate.

5. Do not take them out of their box. They are comfortable there.

 

WHAT ARE PRESERVED ROSES?

Preserved roses are real roses. The only difference is that once the rose is in full bloom, it undergoes a process to prolong its lifespan. Our Ecuadorian roses are processed by non toxic products and are completely safe. However, we do not recommend eating it.

 

HOW DOES THE QUALITY OF YOUR PRODUCTS COMPARE TO YOUR COMPETITORS? 

Many people only look at the roses when receiving their flower boxes, but when you're paying premium prices, it's important to make sure that every part of the flower box is top quality.

For our roses, we use premium Ecuadorian roses, which are the best on the market. 

As a company who has experience in ordering numerous different acrylic flower boxes, we can honestly say that our quality is the best. Lower end acrylic flower boxes will turn yellow in a year’s time or so. Ours will not for at least five years. With decades of experience, our manufacturer uses raw acrylic from the UK (instead of China) and inspects it 5 times before being sent to us. We then inspect 2 more times before sending it out to our customers. 

As for our non acrylic flower boxes, we can proudly say that they meticulously crafted in Europe.

  

WHAT IS THE PROCESSING TIME ON ORDERS?

For those who are ordering flowers and flower bears, please note that since our items are made to order, our processing time is 1- 3 days. It may take longer during special holidays. Once your order is made, you may receive an email. Failure to respond to that email may delay shipping time. We are not responsible for any shipping delays caused by UPS or USPS.

 

WHAT IS YOUR REFUND POLICY?

Please email us at theflowerboxsf@gmail.com if you have any questions before placing your order. Once your order is placed it is final sale. All risk of loss or damage to the product(s) in your order passes to you when we dispatch your order from our premises. We (The Flower Box SF LLC) are not liable for any errors made by the buyer or shipping companies. This service does not provide insurance and is chosen at your own risk upon confirmation of purchase.

DISPUTES AND CHARGEBACKS

We will prosecute any fraudulent buyers or customers deliberately creating chargebacks for authorized purchases. Lawsuit documents from small claims court will be mailed to the billing address where the customer will be subpoenaed to our states local court.
